Before our call, you’ll send what you have so far — dates, ideas, a rough outline, or any notes you’ve gathered. I’ll review it ahead of time, then we’ll spend 45 to 60 minutes walking through your trip together with tailored advice on flow, destinations, hotels, and practical tips to help you plan with confidence.

- A 1 hour one-on-one consultation call to discuss your trip, share our insight, and answer your questions

It’s also when we’ll go over which service is the best fit and if necessary, I’ll quote your planning fee.

CUSTOM DESIGN

After our call, I’ll begin crafting a tailored proposal - whether that’s hotel options, a full itinerary, or both, based on everything we discussed. This is where trusted, on-the-ground partnerships come into play, helping shape the experience from the inside out. You’ll have time to review and refine until it feels just right.

STEP FOUR

BOOKING & FINAL TOUCHES

Once the plan is approved, I’ll take care of the bookings - hotels, transfers, activities, and more - and ensure you get access to any available upgrades, perks, and VIP treatment through my preferred partners. Before departure, you’ll receive everything in a clean, easy-to-use format.
